We want every Marshall Society purchase to feel considered and confident. If your order is not quite right, we offer returns in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returned items must:
• Be unworn, unused and unwashed
• Be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Include all original tags and labels
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or products clearly marked as non-returnable) cannot be returned unless faulty.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Marshall Society cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds:
• Will be issued to the original payment method
• Will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s)
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage or an error on our part.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with supporting photographs where possible.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund where appropriate. In these circumstances, return shipping costs will be covered by Marshall Society.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
